If you have documents to file, please mail them to the above address, or leave them at the Town Offices with either the Town Clerk or the First Selectman’s Assistant.  The documents will be placed in the Court’s inbox and promptly reviewed by the Judge.

If you need forms, desire an appointment, have questions, or simply wish to speak with the Judge, you may leave a voicemail at the number above.  Messages are retrieved at least twice daily, and Judge Butts will return your call promptly.  Alternatively, you may call Judge Butts at his Colchester office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
