At their regular meeting of June 14, 2022 the Salem Planning & Zoning Commission rendered
the following decision:
1) SE 22-02 – Northwest Development, LLC, C/O Bob Kaufman. Special Exception and Site Plan application to construct a 3-unit multi-family dwelling at 116 Old Colchester Road in accordance with Section 15 of the Salem Zoning regulations. The property is zoned Rural A, with a portion zoned Commercial Recreation. Approved with conditions.
