Special Town Meeting July 25, 2023

Notice of Special Town Meeting

Electors and citizens qualified to vote at Town Meetings of the Town of Salem are hereby duly notified and warned that a special Town Meeting of the Town of Salem will be held at the Salem Town Hall, 270 Hartford Road on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm for the following purpose:
1. To move to recommend to the legislative body of the Town of Salem, the Town Meeting, the adoption of a resolution to approve the Connecticut Green Bank’s Connecticut Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program Agreement and authorize the First Selectman to execute and deliver the C-PACE Agreement. A Town Meeting shall be
held July 25 th , 2023 to vote on the resolution.

The Agreement is available for review at the Town Clerk’s office.
