Zoning Board of Appeals
Mission Statement
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall resolve conflicts which may arise between the common law rights of a property owner to use his land as he wishes and the efforts of the Planning and Zoning Commission to manage land use in order to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the Town. The Zoning Board of Appeals can grant variances to zoning regulations.
