Annual Fall Used Book Sale

The Friends of the Salem Library will hold their Annual Fall Used Book Sale on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Current members of the Friends may enter the sale at 6 p.m. Friday. Memberships can be purchased or renewed at the door. The “Bag Sale”, where a bag of books is $5.00, is planned for 1 p.m. on Saturday. Bags are provided.

 The sale takes place in the Salem School Gym, so we are warm and dry no matter the weather. We expect to fill the gym with over 20,000 books including fiction, non-fiction, and a large number of children’s books. The books are sorted into over 70 categories on 90 tables to make your shopping easier. Most major credit cards are accepted in addition to cash and checks. For more details call 860 859-1641
