Notice of Decision

At their regular meeting of July 25, 2023, the Salem Planning & Zoning Commission rendered the following decisions:

  1. SD 23-03 Colchester Construction Re-subdivision application for 343 Old Colchester Road for the creation of one new lot. Approved, with conditions.
  2. SP 23-05 Poyant Signs Site Plan modification application including new drive thru lane components with digital menu board and new sign package at 1 New London Road for Dunkin Donuts. Approved.
