This year, due to COVID-19, we are having a DRIVE-THRU FLU SHOT CLINIC.  You will remain in your vehicle for the process.  Upon entering the driveway, please follow instructions provided by attendant(s) to ensure the best possible flow of traffic and for safety.  Please have your 2 forms of identification available upon arrival (see below).  Please wear a mask.

Natasha, of Salem Health Mart, will administer this season’s high dose flu shot for senior citizens.  It is important to wear a shirt that allows her access to your triceps (shot location), as administration will occur while you remain in your vehicle.  If you are in need of special accommodations or modifications, you are still able to get your flu shot through this “clinic” at Salem Health Mart the same week.  

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED:  2 forms of ID are required to gather the needed information for processing; Driver’s License or State ID as well as Medicare or Insurance Card.

Shingles Vaccination; in stock (while supplies last) at Salem Health Mart.
