Dear Fellow Townspeople,

Please be advised that all Departments at Salem Town Hall are available to residents by appointment. Attached, please find the contact information for each department for you to schedule a prearranged appointment if needed. Every department has been operating throughout the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. Many of your needs can be addressed by a simple phone call or email.

There is a white Salem Dropbox at the outside entrance of Town Hall. The Salem Dropbox can be used for checks and paperwork to all Departments. The white Salem Dropbox is checked twice daily each work day. Your checks and paperwork will be processed promptly.

In the event you have an appointment at Town Hall you will be required to wear a mask.
